Our unique hospitality service will provide you with peace of mind knowing that our guests are looked after throughout their stay at your property, creating great guest reviews which leads to repeat bookings, ensuring you get the maximum potential rental income.
Just like we can tailor a holiday for our guest’s needs, we can tailor a management service to suit you. You may wish for us to take bookings only if you already have your own cleaner, or alternatively provide a property management service only if you already have your own bookings in place.
Whether it is one of these services, or our full property management package, we can be as flexible as you like to ensure you get the service you want.
Accommodation
Holiday accommodation finding service
We offer a holiday accommodation finding service that matches your requested criteria. This may be for a family holiday, or specific short break, for example, golf or spa weekend, corporate team building event or even a honeymoon!
You can choose from one of our exclusive villas or apartments, or if we do not have your specific accommodation available, we will seek the right property for you through one of our business associates. We are familiar with every property offered to you, to ensure we can answer any questions you may have.
All our villas and apartments are registered with the local tourist authority so that you can feel confident at the time of booking that the property is legal and adequate for rental purposes within the Standard, Primary or Superior categories set by the tourist authorities.
Concierge
So you can enjoy every minute of your holiday!
We are passionate about ensuring you enjoy every minute of your holiday, so with our unique concierge service, you can ask us to book and organise your holiday extras, including excursions, advice on airport transfers, restaurant reservations, or even arranging a beauty treatment!
We can save you the time and hassle in arranging these holiday extras for you, either before you arrive or whilst you are here.
As well as the holiday extras to indulge in, we also offer extra cleans and linen changes, laundry and ironing services, and private catering requests.
Property requirements are a little different, mainly around the need for indoor heating, and ideally pool heating also. If you do not already have pool heating, we can point you in the right direction of who to contact for a quote.
